By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the event site, you agree to be bound by these Event Terms & Conditions.
These Event Terms & Conditions shall be read in conjunction with all conditions stated on tickets, wristbands, accreditation, signage, and official event communications. Ticket and wristband conditions form part of the contractual terms of entry. Where ticket or wristband conditions provide more specific or operational requirements, those conditions shall apply alongside these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, these Event Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
Entry to the event is conditional upon full compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person without refund where these Terms are breached.
All attendees consent to reasonable searches of persons, bags, and possessions as a condition of entry.
No alcohol may be brought into the event site. Attendees found in possession of alcohol must, as a condition of entry, either dispose of it at the designated point or remove it from the site. Alcohol voluntarily surrendered for disposal will not be returned or compensated.
Illegal drugs, substances, or paraphernalia are strictly prohibited and may be reported to the police.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who appears intoxicated.
Prohibited items include but are not limited to alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, glass containers, fireworks, flares, drones, and offensive materials.
Attendees must behave responsibly and respectfully at all times.
Failure to comply with instructions from staff or security may result in refusal of entry or removal.
Tickets are non-refundable, including where entry is refused due to breach of these Terms.
Tickets remain the property of the organisers and may be withdrawn if misused.
Unauthorised resale or duplication of tickets is prohibited.
Wristbands must be worn at all times and are non-transferable.
Lost or stolen tickets or wristbands will not be replaced.
Re-entry is permitted only where expressly authorised.
Valid photographic ID may be required. Age restrictions apply to certain areas.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Reasonable accommodations will be made in accordance with equality legislation.
Medical assistance is available on site. Attendance is at your own risk.
Attendees consent to welfare checks where safety concerns arise.
By attending, you consent to photography, filming, and recording for promotional and commercial purposes.
CCTV may be in operation for safety and security.
Lost property should be handed to the designated lost property point.
Parking is at the owner’s risk. Vehicles may be towed where improperly parked.
Camping is permitted only in authorised areas and subject to additional rules.
Attendees must respect local residents and noise control measures.
Littering is prohibited. Attendees must use designated waste facilities.
Artists, schedules, and timings are subject to change without notice.
The organisers shall not be liable for cancellation due to events beyond their control.
If the event is cancelled, liability is limited to the face value of the ticket unless otherwise required by law.
The organisers accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
The event is covered by appropriate public liability insurance.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
