iZambeziFest 2026 – Terms & Conditions

Important notice:
These Terms & Conditions may be amended from time to time in the period leading up to the Event. Attendees are responsible for reviewing the most up-to-date version published on the official iZambeziFest website prior to attending.


1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all persons (“Patrons”) attending iZambeziFest 2026 (“the Event”). By purchasing a ticket or entering the Event site (“the Site”), Patrons agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Event is organised by iZambeziFest / Walsona Group Ltd (“the Organiser”).


2. Tickets, Refunds & Cancellations

Tickets are sold subject to UK consumer law.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except where a refund is required by law.

As iZambeziFest is a live event scheduled for a specific date, the statutory 14-day cooling-off period does not apply.

No refunds will be issued for changes to the event line-up, artist cancellations, scheduling changes, weather conditions, or personal circumstances.

If the Event is cancelled or materially altered, refunds or alternative arrangements will be offered in accordance with UK consumer protection law.


3. Alcohol & Beverages

The Organiser retains exclusive rights to sell all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages on Site.

Patrons are not permitted to bring such items onto the Site.

Vendors, save where expressly licensed by the Organiser, are strictly prohibited from selling beverages.

Patrons who arrive intoxicated or behave in a disorderly manner may be refused entry or removed without refund.


4. Food & Trading

Catering may only be sold by authorised Vendors.

Patrons may not sell, distribute or advertise any goods or services without written approval of the Organiser.


5. Behavioural Conduct

Patrons must conduct themselves in a proper and orderly manner at all times.

Drunkenness, disorderly conduct, verbal abuse, harassment or racist, sexist or otherwise discriminatory behaviour will result in immediate expulsion without refund.


6. Image Rights & CCTV

Entry onto the Site constitutes consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded for broadcast, promotional or archival use worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation.

CCTV is in operation for public safety and crime-prevention purposes.


7. Parking

Vehicles are parked entirely at owners’ risk. No bailment is created.

The Organiser accepts no liability for theft from or damage to vehicles however caused.


8. Personal Belongings

All personal property brought onto the Site shall be at the sole risk of the Patron.

The Organiser shall not be responsible for loss, misplacement or theft.


9. Animals

With the exception of registered assistance dogs with prior written approval, animals are not permitted on Site.


10. Noise & Lighting

Exposure to loud music and strobe, pyrotechnic or flame effects may occur.

Patrons attend at their own risk and are advised to use ear and eye protection.


11. Re-entry

Re-entry rights are controlled by wristbands or pass-outs.

Removal, defacement or transfer will invalidate re-entry rights.


12. Force Majeure

No liability shall attach to the Organiser for any failure to perform, reschedule or cancellation arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, flood, fire, war, terrorism, epidemic, riot, governmental order, strike or industrial action.


13. Programme Changes

The Organiser reserves the right to alter, substitute or cancel artists, performances, attractions or timings without liability.


14. Accessibility

The Organiser shall use reasonable endeavours to facilitate disabled access. Due to the nature of the Site, no guarantee is given.

Patrons with accessibility needs should contact the Organiser in advance.


15. Promotions & Sponsorship

No person shall conduct promotional, commercial, media, photographic or sponsorship activity on Site without prior written licence from the Organiser.


16. Smoking & Vaping

Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.


17. Health & Safety Compliance

Patrons must comply with all safety guidance, signage, steward instructions and emergency notices.

Failure to comply may result in immediate expulsion.


18. Fire & Emergency Procedures

Open flames, barbecues or ignition sources are strictly forbidden.

In the event of emergency, Patrons must vacate the Site promptly using the nearest exit as directed.


19. Medical Treatment

Patrons consent to the provision of emergency medical treatment by on-site medical personnel where required.

The Organiser accepts no liability except in cases of proven negligence.


20. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to this, the Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage or consequential loss whatsoever.


21. Third-Party Liability

The Organiser shall not be liable for any acts or omissions of third-party contractors, performers, vendors, other Patrons or landowners.


22. Intellectual Property

The iZambeziFest name, logos, artwork, branding and associated intellectual property belong exclusively to the Organiser.

Use without written licence is strictly prohibited.


23. Responsible Ticket Holder

The primary ticket purchaser is responsible for ensuring all persons attending under tickets issued to them comply with these Terms.


24. Environmental Obligations

Patrons must dispose of waste responsibly and avoid nuisance to residents, wildlife or the natural environment.


25. Drones

Operation of drones, UAVs or flying recording devices by Patrons is strictly prohibited and may result in confiscation.


26. Camping & Overnight Stays

Unless expressly authorised, camping or overnight use of the Site is prohibited.

Unauthorised overnight stays constitute trespass.


27. Content Advisory

The Event may include performances containing explicit language, adult themes or sensory effects.

Attendance is at the Patron’s discretion and risk.


28. Data Protection (UK GDPR)

Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.


29. Recording Equipment

Professional photography, audio or video recording for commercial purposes is prohibited without prior written permission.

Unauthorised recordings may be deleted.


30. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.


31. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
