We welcome applications from food traders, craft makers, fashion designers, and service providers who wish to showcase their products and services at iZambeziFest 2026.
To maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism, all food vendors trading at iZambeziFest must meet recognised industry compliance requirements.
Food vendors must be registered with their local authority, approved through NCAS (Nationwide Caterers Association), hold a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, and be fully HACCP and allergen labelling compliant.
Vendor applications are primarily managed through NCAS-approved organisers. Successful applicants will be notified once trading opportunities, event dates, and operational details are confirmed.
Vendors who wish to make direct enquiries may do so via the organisers, subject to compliance and event suitability.
