All food vendors must meet our safety and compliance requirements:
✅ Registered with their local authority
✅ NCAS-approved (Nationwide Caterers Association)
✅ Minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
✅ HACCP and allergen labelling compliant
This ensures the highest quality and safety standards for our festival guests.
Spaces are limited — priority is given to vendors providing authentic Southern African products, cuisine or services.
